These data files correspond to TSWV infected plant extracts, that were filtered through a nanotube-based device. The nanotube part of the device entraps and enriches viruses, whereas the output gets depleted.
Sample: Virus-containing plant homogenate, throughput (nanotubes). Device made with 15 nm of catalyst.
